Just a little word to greet you from south france and to keeop you up to date
with news from the Auberge.
To celebrate the harvest season, you may discover the new
carte des vendanges, at the restaurant from september 20th onwards.
Vera, our chef & her staff have concocted for you, for example, this:
Rillettes de queue de bœuf Aubrac aux herbes et épices douces
Pain grillé et mesclun d’endives
(beef from Puech Séranne et St Jean de Buèges).

On Friday, October 4th, at 18:30,
we will have Marc Deotte for the vernissage of his new exhibition "Errance en noir & blanc",
a collection of his black & white photographs.
Restaurant & rooms will stay open until November 11th -
we will be happy to welcome you
until Monday lunch, 11 November, last service of the season!
