Wine plays an important role at the Auberge – as is fitting within the thick walls of a former wine-producing estate, moreover located at the heart of the excellent new AOC Pic Saint Loup.

The wine is stored – often for many years – in an air conditioned cellar, to arrive at your table perfectly mature and at the correct temperature, often decanted, which allows fine wines to breathe and open properly.

A selection of red, white and rosé wines is always available by the glass. And we are always very happy to help you choose from our wine list
the right wine to go with your meal!

You can choose from a good
selection of aperitif or dessert
wines on the black board –
classed from very dry to very
sweet – and served by the glass.
A pleasure with a few tapas or as
a light "liquid dessert" at the end
of an extensive meal!

Unless you prefer a good port as a sweet after dinner liqueur.
